Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Omaha-Downtown had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast spread was enjoyable, although it did get a bit busy! The location is perfect for accessing nearby attractions like the CHI Arena. Unfortunately, I did have a few concerns with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room, which were disappointing. Overall, it was a mixed experience with highlights and areas needing improvement. 😊
I enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was perfect for walking to nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast had a decent variety, though it got quite busy each morning. A downside was the $10 daily parking fee, which wasn't clear during my booking. The lobby was also uncomfortably cold, making it tough to relax there.
I had a good overall experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Omaha-Downtown. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which definitely made my stay more enjoyable. However, the parking fee of $17 a night was a bit of a downer. The breakfast was tasty with good options, but it could've been a bit more varied during busy times. Overall, it was a solid place to stay while in Omaha.
I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Omaha-Downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for attending the concert at the CHI Arena. The breakfast was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of options that exceeded my expectations. However, the parking fee was a bit of a downside, as it wasn’t included in the room rate, and the hot tub was out of service during my stay.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. while the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, my room left much to be desired. I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas and the breakfast options, but I faced some issues with the room's amenities.
